Tvishi

Tvishi is a semi-sweet wine produced from Tsolikouri grapes sourced from the Tvishi Protected Deisgnation of Origin in Lechkhumi region, located high in Caucasus mountains. Tvishi is a naturally sem i- swee t wine (fermentation stopped by temperature control) made in stainless steel. Thewine hasa light amber color. Tvishi has quite a similar characteristics with Riesling in its sugar content, acidity and flavor profile.
