Georgian Legend Saperavi dry red wine produced in Kakheti region by UNESCO preserved traditional technology of Qvevri – The whole clusters of red grapes are naturally fermented and aged in Qvevri (large clay vessels buried under ground). Saperavi Qvevri wine is made by 100% Saperavi grapes and fermented in Qvevri for 8 months. It has a ruby color and an intense berry fruit character, has a pleasant tannic structure, round and harmonious taste. Best with cheese, beef or pork barbeque and other meat dishes.
