Elite collection BAASI Saperavi Qvevri is made by Georgian traditional method in Qvevri (clay vessel) from Saperavi grape variety harvested in Sagarejo, Kakheti region. It has a brilliant dark red color. Strong varietal bouquet with tones of blackberry and red currant, combined with delicate taste of dark fruits, spice and dried herbs. Full bodied with fresh balance, fine tannins and harmonious taste with a pleasant long finish. This wine is best with roast beef, poultry grilled or stewed and excellent with mature cheeses.
