Mtsvane qvevri

Elite collection BAASI Mtsvane dry amber wine fermented and aged for six months by Georgian traditional method in Qvevri (clay vessel). The wine was made by Kakhuri Mtsvane grape variety harvested in Vazisubani, Kakheti region. Wine has a Strong varietal bouquet with tones of dried apricots, peach and melon, combined with soft and rich mouth, fine tannins and harmonious taste with a hint of citrus a pleasant long finish. This wine is best with salads, poultry grilled or stewed and excellent with mature cheeses.
